Technical leadership is about making the right architectural decisions early, unblocking your team consistently, and maintaining code quality without slowing down delivery. My style combines engineering rigor with product pragmatism: I use Architecture Decision Records to document why choices were made, pair program when the context justifies it, and write production code alongside the team because a tech lead who doesn't code loses touch with the real challenges.
On TuMenu I defined the architecture for the entire SaaS: React + Astro on the frontend, NestJS over PostgreSQL and Redis on the backend, Server-Sent Events for real-time operations, and a regional rollout plan for LATAM. On Ascend Life I guided the stack decisions (Next.js + NestJS + Redis queues) that made it possible to scale without rewriting code. Previous experience at INVAP and Globant gave me the baseline to balance speed and quality across distributed teams.
