Node.js Developer — Remote

Node.js with NestJS is my primary backend stack because it combines the speed of the JavaScript ecosystem with the structure and type safety that serious product work demands. On TuMenu I designed the REST API with NestJS over PostgreSQL, Redis for caching and queues, and Server-Sent Events for real-time dashboard updates. On Ascend Life I built the retargeting logic over Redis queues and the Stripe payment integration. On Oniria the NestJS backend handles JWT authentication, in-app purchases, and MongoDB persistence with Redis as a caching layer.

What defines my backend work isn't just that it runs — it's that another developer can read it, test it, and extend it without friction. I apply SOLID principles, write class-validator schemas, document endpoints, and keep domain logic separate from infrastructure concerns. Previous experience at INVAP and Globant gave me the discipline of building systems that other teams can maintain without asking for help.
